Location: Indoor educational activity

Description: This activity is based on the famous Clue™ board game and helps students explore the State rooms of the residence in search of clues to solve a mystery. Activity 3: Parks Canada

Fortifications of Québec National Historic Site - Private Vadeboncœur’s Great Game

Duration: 90 minutes

Location: Outdoor guided tour and educational workshop (alternate activity in case of rain)

Description: On the way to the Esplanade Park, students will be introduced to the life of a soldier. They will visit the barracks first, and then become apprentice experts of Québec’s defensive system and will be able to identify the various components of the fortifications. Finally, they will take part in the re-enactment of a battle between the French and the British. Who will emerge victorious?
