Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please kindly note that we are slowly resuming our operations in sending anniversary greetings from Her Excellency the Governor General and Her Majesty The Queen. Due to the arrival of a new Governor General in June 2021, please also take into consideration that we are now tackling an impressive backlog dating back to January 2021. Previous and antedated requests for anniversary or birthday wishes, as well as replacement certificates due to damages or errors will be honoured.
However, we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date due to the ongoing pandemic. They will be processed on a priority basis to meet the requested deadlines to the best of our ability. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
