Ingredients
- Chocolate milk 1 litre
- Dark chocolate pieces 50 g
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup 2 tbsp
- Mini marshmallows 8 tbsp
- Coarse sea salt 1 tsp
Method
- Heat chocolate milk in a pot over medium heat, stirring continually with a wooden spoon.
- In a stainless steel or tempered glass bowl, add the chocolate, cocoa and cinnamon. Pour in one-third of the warm milk and whisk until it forms a smooth, silky paste. Add the remaining milk and whisk until combined.
- Return the milk mixture to the pot and heat until desired temperature is reached, whisking constantly.
- Pour into four mugs.
- Top each mug with 2 tbsp marshmallows.
- Drizzle ½ tbsp of maple syrup and sprinkle ¼ tsp sea salt on top of the marshmallows in each cup.
