Once you have submitted this form, please send the supporting documents to armorial@gg.ca within the next five (5) working days. After this deadline, incomplete applications will be deleted. You will find the list of required documents on our website.

Your references should have known you for at least two years. Family members may not serve as references. An eligibility check will be conducted, and we reserve the right to request additional references.
