Diversity, equality and leadership in times of turmoil: A perspective

GGconversations with The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson

OTTAWA—As part of the innovative series highlighting exceptional Canadians across diverse areas of interest, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, will host a virtual conversation with the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Co-Founder, Institute for Canadian Citizenship and Former Governor General of Canada.

On Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. EDT, the discussion entitled “Diversity, equality and leadership in times of turmoil: A perspective” will be divided into two 30-minute sessions separated by a 30-minute interlude. The first session, beginning at 1:30 p.m., will be in English, while the second session, beginning at 2:30 p.m., will be in French.

Canadians are invited to submit their questions for the Governor General or Mrs. Clarkson via one of the Governor General’s social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook @GGJuliePayette. Questions can also be submitted during the live conversation. We want to hear from you!

The GGconversations with Harley Finkelstein, Chief Operating Officer of Shopify, will take place at a later date.
