Michou Lambert is an inspiration when it comes to volunteerism. When she found herself the single parent of five children in 2004, she turned to the Cuisine collective Beauport for help. Grateful for the services she received, she began volunteering with the organization and taking part in its activities to improve lives in her community, something she has been doing now for over eight years. She is part of the organization's board of directors and sits on other committees while continuing to support the community kitchen's other groups. With an attentive ear and a warm embrace, Ms. Lambert is a vital part of the success of the Cuisine collective Beauport.
