Blazon

Sable a Canada lynx rampant within a tressure issuant from the outer edge thereof hop flowers stems inwards Argent;

Symbolism

Black is for the idea of mystery, and for Mr. Edgar’s love of adventure and discovery. White symbolizes the northern climate and his enjoyment of winter sports. Together, they denote the battle between darkness and light, between good and evil, and thus represent his quest for serenity. The use of the rampant beast within a thin frame is a nod to the royal arms of Scotland, the country of Mr. Edgar’s ancestors. The hops indicate his many years of service building craft breweries in Ontario, which provided the foundation for the other businesses he has started. As a resourceful and discreet predator that thrives in harsh conditions, the Canada lynx represents Mr. Edgar’s entrepreneurship and his enjoyment of a quiet and private life. As a symbol of the Canadian outdoors, the lynx recalls his love of hunting and spending time in the woods. It also embodies many cat-like qualities he admires, such as playfulness and proficiency, loyalty and independence, carefulness and curiosity, and strength and agility.

Crest

Blazon

An eastern massasauga rattlesnake nowed guardant Argent spotted and langued Sable;

LET US DO OR DEE;

Symbolism
