Governor General to Present the 2010 Vimy Award to the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson
OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, will attend the Conference of Defence Associations (CDA) Institute’s annual Vimy Award Dinner. The ceremony will be held in the LeBreton Gallery of the Canadian War Museum, in Ottawa, on Friday, November 19, 2010, at 7 p.m.
At 7:30 p.m., His Excellency will deliver a speech and present the 2010 Vimy Award to the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Canada’s 26th governor general.
