For a fourth year, His Excellency Jean-Daniel Lafond served as honorary patron of Cuvée Weekend, a celebration of the best of Ontario’s wine. He delivered remarks at the awards gala ceremony Friday February 19, 2010, at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls. "It is inspiring to see such depth in the excellence of this industry and it makes me more convinced than ever of the importance of a national award to celebrate the bounty of the nation’s table."
