Governor General to preside over the swearing-in of members of the Canadian Ministry

OTTAWA, Ontario—Members of the media are invited to Rideau Hall to cover the swearing-in ceremony of members of the Canadian Ministry. Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, will preside over the swearing-in ceremony.

Location: Reception Room, Rideau Hall

Notes for Media:

  • There will be a pooled media coverage inside the Reception Room and open coverage outside the residence.
  • Media must arrive at the Princess Anne Entrance no later than 3:30 p.m.
