Swearing-In Ceremony at Rideau Hall

OTTAWA—Her Excellency the Right Honourable Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, will preside over a swearing-in ceremony at Rideau Hall on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 10 a.m.

For more information on the swearing-in of a new ministry, the swearing-in of privy councillors, official oaths (allegiance / members of the Privy Council / office) and the Great Seal of Canada, visit www.gg.ca.

The swearing-in ceremony will be pooled for video cameras and open to photographers and reporters only. Media are asked to confirm their attendance in advance with the Rideau Hall Press Office, and should arrive at the Princess Anne Entrance no later than 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
