Fred Stilwell has been a loyal volunteer with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program for 33 years and has provided exemplary service to many Island communities, notably at long-term care facilities where many residents face mobility challenges. He has also been an elder at the Hunter River United Church and actively volunteers with the Town of Cornwall’s Citizens on Patrol.
