Larry Schneider is a community volunteer and leader with an extensive range of service, notably as honorary consul of Mexico to Saskatchewan. He is also a certified lifeguard instructor with the Lifesaving Society, the Red Cross and the YMCA, where he teaches children essential water safety and swimming skills.
