For the past 50 years, Lawrence McGuin has selflessly devoted his time and energy to the Navy League Cadet Corps. After serving in uniform for 30 years and moving up the ranks to lieutenant-commander, he joined the corps’ Ontario Division board of directors, where he is well known for his leadership.
