Anthony Percival is a long-time volunteer who has taken on leadership roles within Search and Rescue Niagara where he currently serves as the community services coordinator and second-in-command. He is one of only 11 individuals in Ontario who are Train the Trainer certified, and has been involved in standards development for the province's search and rescue program.
