Thomas Martin has been volunteering within his community for over 40 years, holding executive positions in numerous organizations including the Victoria Harbourside Rotary Club, which he also founded, and the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada Association. His fundraising efforts have helped people of all ages and walks of life, and have made him a pillar within his community.
