Addy Strickland is personally committed to an inclusive and safe space for everyone. At her school, she established a social justice group and initiated various anti-bullying activities. She ran a successful literacy initiative called Books for Africa that involved collecting books from local schools, sports groups and the community to send to African countries. Recently, she launched her own website, Dreamcatchers, to encourage youth all over the world to believe in their dreams and abilities, and to turn them into realities.
