After retiring from the Royal Canadian Air Force, Philip Stairs has been the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program coordinator for the North East Manitoba Group for the past 19 years. His dedication and oversight in organizing tax clinics in rural Manitoba has enabled the group of 22 volunteers to help many individuals receive the credits and benefits to which they are entitled.
