    For the past 25 years, Garnet and Mary Ellen Davis have been well known in their community of Melfort, Saskatchewan. Mr. Davis has been a member of the Melfort Lions Club for over 25 years, serving in many executive roles, including that of president. Mrs. Davis is, similarly, a long-time member of the Melfort Lioness Club, and has also been on a number of boards of directors, including those of the Melfort Housing Authority and the Melfort Public Library. Both Mr. and Mrs. Davis exhibit a tireless commitment to helping the members of their community.
