Marcel Pennors has been volunteering in his community for a long time. In Brest, France, he set up a dormitory for people with no fixed address. During his military service, he taught young repatriates from Algeria. In Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, he set up a canteen in a poor neighbourhood. He has been involved with the PalliAmi Foundation since 1987, where his knowledge and readiness to devote his time make him an outstanding volunteer.
