    In 1995, Joey Strati helped to found the first response emergency medical service in the Town of Pincourt, Quebec. The team of 35 volunteers responds to about 650 medical emergencies per year, and is available 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year. Mr. Strati's persistence and dedication have made this group a model for other communities, and have ensured the safety and well-being of his fellow citizens.
