For the past 12 years, Steven Deschamps has trained and mentored numerous young cadets and military personnel. He has instilled high-quality aviation skills through the Cadet Instructors Cadre Branch Association of British Columbia, which he founded in 2011. He also made aviation training accessible by creating the Computer Aircraft Simulation Centre.
