Bill Collins, an engineer with more than 30 years of industry experience, has been sharing his knowledge with the East Coast Trail Association since 1999. As chief bridge advisor, he oversees the design and construction processes, as well as the ongoing maintenance, of all bridges on the trails north of St. John’s.
