As the longest-serving board member of the Langley Care Society, Raymond Wiens has chaired several committees and actively participated in planning, organizing and running events and fundraisers. His leadership was instrumental in the facility’s upgrade and service expansion, and he has played a key role in the development of the society’s technology systems.
