Since 1994, Marc Sigouin has been a committed volunteer with the Navy League of Canada, providing training and mentorship to youth enrolled in the Navy League Cadet Corps. He has served as commander of three Cadet Corps and served two mandates as commander of the Quebec division, providing leadership and counsel to Cadet Corps officers and instructors across the province.
