This proud Canadian has the gift of inspiring love for music. Through his teaching and as Director of Harmonie Calixa-Lavallée, he has been a major influence on the musical scene in his region. In addition, he helped develop the Harmonies du Québec. Former president and director of the Fédération internationale des Harmonies, he also has been a strong supporter of the first Quebec publishing house for concert band music.
