A journalist with TVA for over 35 years, Pierre Bruneau is admired equally for his work as a news anchor as for his efforts to improve the lives of children diagnosed with cancer. When his son, Charles, was diagnosed with leukemia, he decided to become actively involved in his community. Notably, he co-founded the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, where he served as president for over two decades and with which he is still very active. Throughout his ongoing dedication, he has continuously inspired others to persevere in the face of adversity, and has become a guiding light and role model for parents of sick children.
