As an educator and administrator, he has demonstrated a life-long commitment to the professional development of the law enforcement community. Currently executive director of the Atlantic Police Academy, he has restructured this institution and re-engineered its programs. His innovative approach and dedication have made the Academy a national leader in its field and have enhanced its reputation internationally. In addition, he has been a driving force in the formation of the International Association of Directors of Police Academies. He is also often consulted by professional law enforcement policy makers and by educational institutions.
