Paul Garfinkel is a psychiatrist, health care leader and an internationally recognized specialist in eating disorders. A professor at the University of Toronto, former head of the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry, and founding president and CEO of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, he is known as a passionate advocate for people with mental illness.
