Founder of the Centre médico-social de Toronto, he has always been interested in the participation of the Francophone community in health services projects and the development of health services in Ontario. Over the years he has played a major role in various associations, for example, in the field of education. Although now retired, he continues to work with determination in all the causes he holds dear and sets an example for his fellow citizens.
