Former chief justice of Ontario and president of the Court of Appeal, Warren Winkler is recognized as one of CanadaÆs top mediators. He has advanced the field of labour law in Canada, and also helped address some of our nationÆs greatest human tragedies and intractable legal disputes. Notably, he established landmark settlements for victims affected by tainted water, infected blood, and the residential school system. As chief justice, he streamlined the provincial justice system to make it more effective and accessible to the public at large.
