He has devoted a lifetime to developing community services for seniors and mentally disabled people in Saskatoon, fostering their dignity and self-fulfillment. His leadership and vision were responsible for a model sheltered workplace, optimal independent living residences and improved educational opportunities for hundreds of disabled children and adults.
