A veritable pillar of academic reform who has dedicated more than thirty-five years of his life to education, this teacher and former Director General of the Bois-Francs Regional School Board has participated in numerous government and corporate committees to develop new structures for education in Quebec. Over the years he has also constantly supported the economic and social life of his community, serving as alderman for the town of Arthabaska.
