A distinguished museologist and experienced art critic, this former director of the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art and head of the University of Quebec at Montreal's Master of Arts program has devoted a great part of her life to promoting contemporary art and encouraging the training of young artists, critics and historians. An eminent figure in the fields of art and culture, she is also renowned as the editor of the French-language magazine "Chatelaine".
