His accomplishments in the field of open international target shooting are unequalled by any other Canadian. Having won the Men's World Trap Championships twice, and ten Canadian Championships, among others, he has further contributed to his sport through memberships in shooting associations at the national and provincial level and as a member of the Canadian Olympic Association Athlete Advisory Council.
