The first cyclist ever to break and hold simultaneously world records in the 200 metres, 500 metres and 1000 metres and the first Canadian cyclist to win a world championship, he is now retired from competitive cycling and, while pursuing a successful business career in Niagara Falls, is devoting himself to assisting young people make a start in the sport.
