From July 2020 to June 2022, as co-president of the C-77 Secretariat, Lieutenant-Colonel Tremblay worked tirelessly, under very tight deadlines, to develop and execute the full range of regulatory amendments required to bring Bill C-77 into force. This bill gave rise to the Declaration of Victims Rights and brought other important changes to the military justice system. Through her exceptional leadership, professionalism, legal skills and dedication, Lieutenant-Colonel Tremblay greatly contributed to the Government of Canada’s efforts to ensure the swift implementation of Bill C-77.
