Arms of Eliahu Tzion FathiBlazonPer chevron in chief chevronny potent Argent and Azure, in base Azure semé of potents Argent; SymbolismBlue and white are the colours of Israel, where Mr. Fathi was born, and of Judaism. The blue also refers to the bodies of water in Canada, reflecting his childhood dream to come to a land with many lakes and open spaces. Resembling the pieces of a puzzle fitting together, the pattern of shapes alludes to Mr. Fathi’s entrepreneurial career of developing thriving businesses and helping build up communities. The pattern also represents his focus on the realm of artificial intelligence, in which different elements of technology are brought together to function as a whole, capable of sustaining and developing itself. The segments can also refer to crutch-heads and, by extension, the idea of supporting others. The heraldic term associated with them, potent, has the same origin as the word “potential,” and thus alludes to Mr. Fathi’s belief in the importance of encouraging the potential of others. The upward pointing divisions refer to aspiration and progress. |
