Blazon

A laurel wreath Gules ensigned by the Royal Crown proper and flanked to the dexter by a wing fesswise Argent;

Symbolism

The Royal Crown represents service to the Sovereign. The laurel wreath symbolizes achievement. The wing alludes to the Royal Canadian Air Force.
