Blazon

Bleu Céleste the Canadian floral border, namely the floral emblems of the provinces and territories of Canada slipped and leaved, issuant on the dexter and sinister sides from a maple leaf proper;

Symbolism

Sky blue is the emblematic colour of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The floral emblems between the maple leaves represent the provinces and territories of Canada. They are shown in the order in which the provinces entered Confederation, followed by the three territories.
