Gules on a Canadian pale Argent a maple leaf charged with an annulus Gules edged, inscribed THE WEST NOVA SCOTIA REGIMENT in letters Or, and ensigned with the Royal Crown proper;

Symbolism

As an infantry regiment, The West Nova Scotia Regiment uses as its Queen’s Colour the National Flag of Canada with the addition of an annulus bearing its name and the Royal Crown.
