Azure a red-tailed hawk affronty proper, head to the dexter, perched on a guard wire and line Or;

Symbolism

Blue is one of the colours of the Communication and Electronic Branch. The guard wire and line allude to secure, resilient and sustainable communications networks. The red-tailed hawk is commonly seen in Canada. It carries the symbolism of power, sharp vision and swift intervention. Its position illustrates the mission of the group, to oversee communications networks.
