Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, welcomed His Highness Prince Rahim Aga Khan V to Rideau Hall on his first official visit to Canada since acceding as the Aga Khan in February 2025.
They exchanged views on the importance of fostering respect and understanding among diverse identities and communities—values that strengthen both Canada and the global community.
