Governor General to welcome four new heads of mission to Canada

OTTAWA, Ontario—Her Excellency the Right Honourable Louise Arbour, Governor General of Canada, will receive the credentials of four new heads of mission during a ceremony at Rideau Hall.

The following heads of mission will present their credentials to the Governor General to officially begin their diplomatic missions:

His Excellency Talal Mansour Alhajeri
Ambassador-designate of the State of Kuwait

Her Excellency Carmen Lucila Crexell
Ambassador-designate of the Argentine Republic

His Excellency Dahir Hassan Abdi
Ambassador-designate of the Federal Republic of Somalia

Her Excellency Agniola Anne Sophie Ahouanmenou
Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Benin
