The Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, participated in a virtual commemorative ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary of the Liberation of the Netherlands and Victory in Europe (VE) Day.
The ceremony payed tribute to the sacrifices and brave efforts of Canadians who fought to defend the values that we hold dear: peace, democracy, the rule of law and human rights.
