The ROBSM was created to bring together community-based organizations working in mental health in the Mauricie and Central Quebec regions. This network aims to promote and develop organizations to give the public access to a wide range of community-based and alternative mental health services. Their approach is to develop skills and empower those being helped. Today, the ROBSM connects 35 member organizations.
