Their Excellencies the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, and Mrs. Sharon Johnston hosted Savour Fall at Rideau Hall on September 13, 2014. This harvest celebration was the opportunity for visitors to appreciate and enjoy the simple pleasures of the fall season.

Throughout the day, harvest and food enthusiasts were able to taste culinary creations by Louis Charest, Executive Chef at Rideau Hall, and his kitchen team, assisted by culinary students from Algonguin College, La Cité collégiale, École hôtelière de l’Outaouais and the Centre professionnel et technique Minto.
