While in Singapore, the Govornor General took the opportunity to meet with the personnel of the High Commission of Canada to Singapore and their families.

On the last day of the State vist to Singapore, the Governor General visited the Canadian Aviation Electronics (CAE) Simulator where he had the opportunity to try the simulator while receiving an overview of CAE's capabilities and its current activities and growth for Singapore and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region.
