Honorary Doctorate from the University of Ottawa
His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, received an honoris causa doctorate from the University of Ottawa and delivered the convocation address in front of the University’s Faculty of Social Sciences graduates, at the National Arts Centre.
