OTTAWA, Ontario—Her Excellency the Right Honourable Louise Arbour, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, will take part in the opening ceremony of the Rendez-vous naval de Québec 2026, on the docks of the Port of Québec on July 24 at 10 a.m.
She will deliver brief welcoming remarks.
